Tasso, Inc. Image Use Policy

By downloading any logos or product imagery ("Materials") from Tasso, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Authorized Use: The Materials provided by Tasso are solely for use in Customer's materials related to Tasso products and services.

  2. Non-Transferable: Customer may not transfer, sublicense, or assign any rights to the Materials to any third party without prior written consent from Tasso.

  3. Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the Materials remain the exclusive property of Tasso. Customer acknowledges that no ownership rights are conveyed by downloading the Materials.  Any use of Tasso’s Materials inures solely to Tasso’s benefit and all use must comply with these compliance guidelines, or other licensing/contractual arrangements with Tasso. Third parties, including those downloading the Materials, may never claim ownership rights in Tasso’s Materials, or brands that are confusingly similar to Tasso’s Materials, in any manner, including without limitation as a trademark, service mark, company name or designation, domain name, social media profile/handle, or in any other manner.

  4. Prohibited Uses: Customer shall not modify, adapt, or alter the Materials in any way that could be detrimental to the reputation or brand of Tasso. Additionally, Customer shall not use the Materials in any manner that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing of Tasso’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable.

  5. Disclaimer of Warranty: Tasso makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Materials. The Materials are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty of any kind.

  6. Limitation of Liability: Tasso shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Materials, even if Tasso has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  7. Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tasso, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to Customer's use of the Materials.

  8. Compliance Enforcement: Tasso expressly reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, revoke, modify, or otherwise change permission to use its Materials at any time and expressly reserves the right to object to any use or misuse of its Materials in any jurisdiction worldwide.
