Tasso Dried Blood Collection Systems

The next generation of dried blood spot (DBS) testing

Collect volumetrically-controlled dried blood samples without the hassle. Tasso’s dried blood collection systems enable convenient, precise sample collection, no painful finger sticks or messy spotting necessary.

Tile™-T20 use with a Tasso lancet is for Research Use Only within the United States.

Tile-T20 Collection Cartridge

Tile-T20 is the next generation of Tasso dried blood collection technology. Each of the four volumetrically-controlled pads collects a 17.5µL whole dried blood sample, enabling precision and redundancy of collection. Tile-T20 design optimizations have improved the sample drying and handling processes over previous generation Tasso cartridges.

The Tile-T20 cartridge is FDA Registered, CE Marked (IVDR) and MHRA registered.

Patients prefer Tasso
collection systems

Tile-T20 is compatible with the FDA Class II 510(k)-cleared Tasso Mini and Tasso+ lancets. Both compatible lancets are virtually painless and convenient to use, providing a superior patient experience versus traditionally painful, messy finger stick lancet spotting. More than 95% of patients prefer Tasso blood collection over legacy methods.*

What is dried blood spot (DBS) testing?

Dried blood samples offer the advantage of molecular stability at ambient temperature, enabling sample collection outside of traditional laboratory settings. DBS samples can be shipped and stored at room temperature. Decentralized clinical trials have long utilized DBS testing for pharmacokinetic (PK) analyses, while the sporting world is increasingly adopting the technology for anti-doping control.
